NewsAnnouncement 28th Jan 200828 January 2008In the company announcement of 7th September 2007 it was reported that discussions were taking place with companies whose business may be suitable for a reversal into CMS. Whilst such discussions continued none reached a satisfactory conclusion. As indicated in the members Voluntary Liquidation announcement of 27th July 2007 and, as the company has not resumed operation as a trading entity within six months, the London Stock Exchange has confirmed today its delisting of the company. Talks are still underway, with the assistance of the Liquidator, to attempt to realise the value of CMS’ intellectual property namely its proven TDI data management product. A key factor of the process in a member’s voluntary liquidation is that the Company is solvent which remains the case.
